As extinguisher protection boxes can never - and should never - be locked, it does leave the extinguisher vulnerable to being stolen or vandalised, particularly if it is sited outside. To combat this threat, Chubb have installed a Theft Stopper on the inside of this protection box. If the extinguisher is removed, it will emit an ear-piercing alarm. Using this technology the Theft Stopper acts as a deterrent to ensure your extinguishers are there when you need them most.
