Chubb Visitor Express - System Details
The following outlines what Chubb Visitor Express can offer your company:
-
Automated host-Email notification. Chubb Visitor Express can be configured to send an E-mail notification to the host of the visitor automatically when the visit is started in reception (provided an E-mail address for the host has been input and any relevant network connection has been established and accessible).
-
Customisable lookup tables that acquire data. These tables can be configured to add new entries for Companies, Titles, Hosts, Buildings, and Meeting Rooms as they are input on visitor records, thereby building a more comprehensive database on a day-by-day basis.
- Visit logon/logoff facility.
The ability to determine very quickly whether an individual is still located on-site or has left the premises. Allows greater ‘freedom’ to leave for lunch or overnight (if multiple day visit) and also provides date/time-logging information.
- Flexible reporting module.
Current reports include expected visitors, visitor arrivals, visitors on-site, visitors who have left site, and vehicle owners.
-
Rapid starting and ending of visits. Facilitated via keyboard function keys, mouse or barcode reader.
-
Expected visits / Pre-booking module. Receptionists have the capability to add anticipated / known visit details prior to the visitor’s arrival to help speed up the pass production process.
- Easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) Pass Designer software.
New passes can be created rapidly with common graphics support, extensive manipulation of badge objects, badge importing and exporting features. This module of Chubb Visitor Express is covered by a permission based approach based on the username.
-
Intranet Visit Notification System option. This Intranet based software gives hosts the capability of booking in the visit details themselves thereby reducing the workload on reception. Once the visitor and visit details are added by the host, they can then inform reception of the visit electronically and the visit details are transferred across to the Chubb Visitor Express application where reception can commence the visit upon the visitor’s arrival. The host’s input is validated page by page to eliminate typing mistakes and omitted mandatory fields.
- Data capture via Business CardScan option.
Visitors business cards can be scanned by an add-on peripheral which will read the information on the card and allow the user to manipulate and overwrite any previous data for that visitor. The user is then prompted to add the user to the visitor database if no match is found.
- Clean interface.
Clear, user-friendly interface that can be configured to incorporate your company logo.
- Print receipts for assets.
Additional copies of passes can be produced to label visitor’s assets such as mobile phones, briefcases and laptops.
